Which patients benefit from our services
The Mercer Center for IDD Care serves patients who are 18 years and older and have an intellectual and/or developmental disability. While not exhaustive, the following diagnoses are commonly associated with IDD:

- Fragile X Syndrome
- DiGeorge Syndrome

In most cases, an intellectual or developmental disability is diagnosed or suspected before age 18, though exceptions may occur.
