Physical therapy Services

At the Center for IDD Care, we provide physical therapy to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) improve movement, strength and independence.

Our physical therapists work closely with patients and their caregivers to create personalized treatment plans that address the physical needs arising from their disability. These plans focus on what each person can do and help them reach their goals—whether it’s improving balance and mobility, endurance for transfers, managing pain or learning new ways to do everyday tasks.

We’re here to support you every step of the way, helping you or your loved one live a healthier, more active life.
